Blake enjoyed many years in commercial sectors, including Land Development and new home construction marketing prior, as a senior Vice President and Sales Representative with one of Canada’s most recognized Commercial Brokerages. In early 2020, Blake joined Lennard Commercial Realty, after successfully completing a challenging and lengthy sale mandate for a client of a challenging Commercial Plaza in Ontario.

Blake’s strength also lay in being skilled in most of the commercial disciplines, with a background involving over 35 years in the Real Estate field.
