David Horowitz joined Lennard as Senior Vice President in January 2021 bringing with him 30 years of experience in investment and real estate sales. David co-founded the Private Capital Group, a business line within Lennard brokerage.  PCG provides the expertise and support to clients who want to invest, develop, acquire or dispose of commercial real estate in Canada.  Our focus is in the middle markets ($5-$75 million). Our clients are individuals, family offices, organizations and corporations.  Some of our clients have extensive real estate portfolios, while others are first time buyers.
