Gregory Lever joined Lennard as a Senior Vice President in January 2021. He was previously a Principal at Avison Young in the downtown Toronto office.
Gregory co-founded the Private Capital Group, a business line within the Lennard brokerage. PCG provides expertise and support to clients who want to invest, develop, acquire or dispose of commercial real estate in Canada. Our focus is in the middle markets ($5-$75 million).
PCG clients are individuals, family offices, organizations and corporations. Some of our clients have extensive real estate portfolios, while others are first time buyers.
