Mark T. Jones,P.Eng.

Mark joined Lennard Commercial Realty after establishing a successful, tenant exclusive brokerage and real estate consulting practice. Earlier in his career, he focused on the design and construction of commercial and industrial buildings, with senior roles in mechanical consulting, project management and business development.

Mark's understanding of building systems, workplace and technology adds a dimension to the expertise at Lennard that is not common in corporate real estate and adds great value to our team. His hands-on experience in the design, construction and implementation of client facilities, including complex and technical facilities, provides truly end-to-end support for his clients' needs.

His unique approach and design background allow Mark to assimilate expertise to accomplish creative and innovative solutions for his clients.
