Tim Grant

Tim Grant is a Partner at Lennard Commercial where he utilizes his experience in commercial real estate to develop and maintain excellent business relationships. Tim’s forte is his strong entrepreneurial ability, helping to effectively translate individual client needs into real business solutions that deliver quantifiable cost savings.

Over the course of his career, Tim has successfully advised, negotiated for, and developed real estate strategies for such well-known companies as TATA Consultancy Services, MCW Consultants, Instaclick Inc., RGA Canada & RGA International, Canadian Public Accountability Board, Alpha Group, POLAR, Dufferin Construction, Bennington Financial, Equirex Leasing, Bodkin, Environ Consulting, Cameco Fuel, Brick Brewing, PURE Fitness, Ultimate Athletics, FPC Flexible Manufacturing, Sutherland Schultz, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Medical Pharmacies Group, Galderma, Logistic Distribution, Mitsubishi, Toronto Argonauts, CFL, Canon, Constellation Software, ARUP Engineering, Dean Group, Green & Chercover, HRPA, Rayson & Associates and Telsec

Prior to joining Lennard Commercial, Tim worked as a corporate real estate consultant at another real estate brokerage, successfully achieving top producers club every year. Prior to that, he was a specialized business consultant for IBM Canada where he managed teams of specialists in software, hardware, and global business services.

Tim earned his Business Degree from York University, he also holds a Business Consulting course from IBM and his Canadian Securities Course. He is an avid volunteer in his community and is a convenor, coach, and sits on the Board of Directors at the North Toronto Hockey Association.
