William J. Dempsey

Will Dempsey is a Partner at Lennard Commercial Realty, and is actively involved in the training & mentoring of junior agents at the firm. Will has been working in the commercial real estate market for the past eighteen years and has completed over 500 transactions in both Toronto’s core markets and across Canada for national clients. Will has specifically focused his efforts in the office leasing and investment sales markets working on behalf of users.

His close relationship with his clients allows him to understand their unique requirements and deliver cost effective real estate solutions. His direct and straight forward approach earns him their trust and respect.

Will is a proud alumni of St. Michael’s College School (Ontario Scholar, Thomas Moore Society) and graduated from Western University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Management And Organizational Studies (BMOS).

Will is a registered member of both the Real Estate Council of Ontario and the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board.
