Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured automobile is required
- Licensed Realtor with valid real estate licence with OREA/RECO, or willing to obtain license
- Business degree or diploma is required
- 1+ year in commercial real estate data management, marketing, research experience is an asset
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Assest if familiar with Monday.com, MLS, CoStar etc.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing project timelines and reviewing legal documents including drafting agreements of purchase and sale, letters of intent, amendment agreements, offers to lease, and leases, general correspondence, and spreadsheet reports
- Run market research analysis and present finding to team
- Keep database up to date with important changes in the market and client details
- Research and maintain detailed communication and contact information in our database and service all leads in a timely manner
- Work alongside Jonathan to maximize business development strategies
- Using MLS, Altus, Costar, and similar databases to create surveys, market reports and comparative analyses
Job Type: 30+ hours per week
Pay: Salary plus commission on converted leads
