- Experience in business or sales activities, such as cold calling to prospect new clients and converting leads, conducting tours, data entry and database organization
- Conduct yourself in a professional and mature manner with similar team goals that uphold integrity, honesty and hard work ethic
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and excited to learn with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Strong relationship building ability, proactive, results-oriented, resourceful, ambitious, and a self-starter with a high degree of confidence and motivation
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured automobile is required
- Licensed Realtor with valid real estate license (or close to completion) with RECO
- Business degree or diploma is required
- 1+ year in commercial real estate experience is an asset
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Monday.com (an asset)
Responsibilities:
- Preparing project timelines and reviewing legal documents including drafting agreements of purchase and sale, letters of intent, amendment agreements, offers to lease, and leases, general correspondence, and spreadsheet reports
- Interacting with clients through cold calling, touring buildings, events, emails and presentations
- Maintain detailed communication and contact information in our database and service all leads in a timely manner
- Work alongside Jonathan to maximize business development strategies
- Using MLS, Altus, Costar, and similar databases to create surveys, market reports and comparative analyses

Pay: Salary plus commission with a sliding scale based on experience
