Ameya Gaikwad joined Lennard in June 2020 and brings with him close to a decade of experience working in the Commercial real estate realm and has a proven track record of transacting close to 1 million square feet across various markets.

He specializes in Sales and Leasing of Industrial and Land asset class in the markets of Greater Toronto Area.

Ameya holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and has also completed his Masters in Marketing.
