Andrew Marshall

A licensed Realtor since 2015, Andrew has extensive experience managing the purchase and sale of a large variety of properties for development, commercial and residential purposes.

His passion is working with clients to guide them through the development process. This includes the purchase of sites for commercial uses, as well as residential development (high rise and low rise) throughout the GTA and eastern Ontario. His extensive experience equips him with insights and knowledge into a wide variety of markets and communities.

Andrew has over 20 years of experience in the planning sector, and he has extensive knowledge of the various levels of policies and regulations involved in the development process. He understands how to navigate the municipal approvals process, which saves his clients both time and money.

Andrew’s career has taken him around Ontario as well as to Melbourne Australia. He has been a senior manager with municipal councils and possesses an extensive network of contacts in both the private and public sectors.

Outside of work, Andrew has experience as a high-level hockey coach and referee. He recently returned from Australia where he coached semi-professional men’s and elite-level women’s hockey in Australia’s national leagues. He is driven, results-oriented, and committed to seeing projects across the finish line.
