Bill has been an active professional in the Commercial Real Estate Industry for over 30 years. He only represents occupiers of space/tenants and has exclusively focused on this side of the business for the last 30 years and very much enjoys dealing with his fabulous clients. Bill attempts to add value wherever and whenever he can to his clients on many fronts and to do so he utilizes a large arsenal of resources and tools at his disposal. Bill was one of a few agents who initiated exclusive tenant representation in Toronto at a small tenant-representation firm where he developed many of the tools and templates utilized by agents in the business now. To provide completely objective/unbiased counsel across a wider geographic coverage as well as a much broader scope of services and resources and superior market information to his clients, Bill joined Lennard.

With the ever-evolving and fast-paced changing requirements in the business world today, Bill is very well equipped to provide wise counsel to his clients in terms of the effect of their commercial real estate decisions on Finance, Operations, HR, IT and Marketing/branding of their company. To continue to provide market-leading advice to his clients, Bill has secured a Master of Corporate Real Estate designation and is a LEED AP so he has superior knowledge of green buildings and strategies to assist tenants to meet their sustainability objectives. Bill is also an active participant and member of CoreNet and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) which are organizations dedicated to continuing education and lifelong learning within the commercial real estate industry.
