Bruce Webb

Bruce Webb has been a practicing Commercial Real Estate Salesperson in Toronto since 1992. 

He currently has his Brokers designation. He has also served on the Assessment Review Board in Toronto. 

Prior to this he was Nationally ranked Bobsleigh Athlete living in Calgary from 1987 to 1988. He trained assiduously and was highly respected in this community. 

In the majority of instances, in order to ensure the best possible service and corresponding success, Bruce works on assignments with a partner who possess a complimentary skill set and additional insight to achieve the best solution for the end user client. 

Bruce concentrates his efforts on the Tenant Representation aspect of the business with sublease listing work as needed. His process centers around creating leverage however possible in order to renegotiate an existing lease to obtain better terms for the Tenant. This is done through a review of the current lease, current market conditions and the future requirements of the Tenant client. This process applies to both scenarios where the Tenant wishes to remain in their premises and to those who are open to relocation. The process leads to successful results every time.

His peers and landlords all enjoy and appreciate an honest work ethic and thorough approach to completing assignments. He is a team player very mindful of creating/ leaving intact a mutually beneficial Tenant/ Landlord relationship. He is respected in the industry as being one of the hardest working people. This strong work ethic has served his clients well at every opportunity.
