Jay Goldenberg

Jay Goldenberg is a Sales Representative at Lennard Commercial where he focuses mainly on the tenant side of the business, assessing client needs and requirements and conducting negotiations on their behalf. Jay has experience working on the Landlord and property management side of the business. Understanding the landlord’s side of a negotiation helps Jay negotiate the best deal possible for his clients.

Prior to joining Lennard Commercial, Jay worked as a leasing agent at Esbin Realty Corporation for 2 years, where he specialized in listing downtown retail stores, and where successfully negotiated and closed many retail deals. Jay Earned a Bachelor Degree with a Business Major from Coker College in South Carolina, where he also was on a 4 year golf scholarship, and where he captained the golf team in his senior year.  He is still and avid golfer and sits on the greens committee at Oakdale Golf and Country Club in Toronto.

Jay holds his Canadian Securities Course and is a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA), Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
