Marty Atkins

Following graduation from Ohio State University with a B.Sc, Marty entered the real estate field specializing in Industrial, Commercial and Investment. Throughout his tenure in the industry, Marty has focused on the acquisition and disposition of properties for investors, users, owners and developers. Marty’s expertise involves matching individual client requirement with available options in the marketplace. 

Marty received his broker license in 1974. Throughout his career, Marty has been involved in both management and sales representation. He has earned the respect of his peers with superior negotiating skills that have consistently generated a high percentage of completed transactions. 

Marty has completed many assignments, whether leasing and sales for users or owners, or build-to-suits for a variety of corporations, private investors and users. Marty’s capability in providing unparalleled service while utilizing creative solutions to deliver volume, professional services, dedication and personal commitment to his clients has supported 50 years in the industry.
