He has no listings with landlords and what this means for tenants is this: Pat and his team have no real or potential conflicts of interest when negotiating with Landlords. 

Pat helps Office Occupiers across the country understand how space can be used most effectively to generate more value from fewer square feet and he delivers solutions that integrate space design, employee services and technology solutions to help improve employee engagement and business performance. Unlike traditional brokers who get clients to focus simply on what space is available and affordable, Pat helps companies realize what is financially achievable by employing a research-based, open book process that is ideal for tenants who are renewing, expanding, shrinking or relocating but especially scaling startups looking for their first or next office. 

Mr. Jankowski joined Lennard Commercial Realty in 2021 to continue building the Office Occupier practice across Canada.
