Pat Jankowski

Pat is a graduate of the Ted Rogers School of Management from Ryerson University, where he graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce. His major was in Finance exposing him to extensive real estate projects and case study competitions. His core strength remains in the financial analysis of real estate portfolios where he excels at simplifying financial statements and growth projections.

He became licensed in Ontario as a real estate agent in 2016. Commercial brokerage has remained his sole practice where he has successfully completed over 150 commercial real estate transactions across Ontario. These transactions vary from an assortment of commercial leases and sales.

Pat also has experience working as a leasing manager for a commercial property management company prior to being licensed as a realtor. During his time as a leasing manager, he was responsible for Tenant retention and lease renewal negotiations with existing portfolio Tenants.
