Originally from Toronto, Paul worked for a national brokerage and then moved to Ottawa to be the Managing Director of their Ottawa office. He now brings his breadth of knowledge and 38 years of experience to Lennard’s newest office in the country’s capital. Paul’s career has focused on representing tenant’s real estate requirements from lease renewals, to premise relocations, strategic portfolio reviews and build to suits. He specializes in a full turnkey approach with his clients real estate issues. From market overviews, lease reviews, selection of other required specialists, market surveys, site tours and Offer/Lease negotiations; attention to detail is paramount. This can be best demonstrated by Paul’s meticulous approach to negotiating a lease document on behalf of his clients. Paul’s expertise ranges from working with small local companies to large national firms with multiple leases in various city centres.
