Paul has 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on the investment sales and leasing of industrial, office and retail assets on both buyer/vendor and tenant/landlord representation.  Prior to trading commercial real estate, Paul managed over $250 MM in commercial and residential real estate assets for Brookfield Condominium Services. 

Paul has a proven track record of uncovering and identify real estate value for clients due to his deep understanding of leasing, investment sales and building management.
