Paul joined Lennard in 2021 as Vice President in the firm’s North office, where he shares specific insight to assist industrial occupiers on how to effectively quantify the financial and operational impacts of executing on one scenario benchmarked against several others. His unique approach creates defensible decisions for executives across North America. Paul understands that information is not the same as insight. While the traditional market brokerage angle of sharing market rents, pricing, availability/vacancy rates, and what’s under construction (while an important piece of the puzzle) can also easily be captured through a quick google search. He works tirelessly at creating value by increasing operational efficiency and understanding the qualitative value from how the business fits within the four walls of the real estate.
Prior to Lennard, Paul worked as part of the Industrial Advisory Group at Newmark, where the team specializes in working with tenants across North America in the logistics, e-commerce and food industries.
