Tim Grant

Tim Grant is a Partner at Lennard Commercial where he utilizes his experience in commercial real estate to develop and maintain excellent business relationships. Tim’s forte is his strong entrepreneurial ability, helping to effectively translate individual client needs into real business solutions that deliver quantifiable cost savings.

Over the course of his career, Tim has successfully advised, negotiated for, and developed real estate strategies for countless fortune 500 companies across Canada, United States, and around the world. Tim has been a top ten producer all of his years at Lennard, and becoming Partner in only his third year. Since becoming a Partner, Tim has maintained his status as a Top Producing agent, while helping lead the growth of the company from two offices and 30 employees, to six offices, over 200 employees, and becoming the largest independent brokerage in Canada with a global reach.

Prior to joining Lennard Commercial, Tim worked as a corporate real estate consultant at another real estate brokerage, successfully achieving top producers club every year. Tim earned his Business Degree from York University, he also holds a Business Consulting course from IBM and his Canadian Securities Course. Tim is active in his community volunteering and donating his time to a number of charitable causes.
