Trevor specializes in Corporate Services Real Estate for some of Canada’s largest corporate space occupiers.

Trevor’s understanding of the issues facing today’s Corporations allows him to provide customized solutions which align with macro level organizational decisions. Complex multi-facility consolidation and dispositions are key strengths in Trevor’s practice. Personal business approach is: Listen to the client and provide sound advice and strategy. Provide a service continuum based upon a commitment to the client, strong communication skills, detailed follow-up and superior market intelligence. Trevor is currently mandated with various land acquisition projects, in the Greater Toronto Area. His working knowledge of the planning, development approval process is an asset in land projects.

Over the past 18 months, Trevor has focused on the land and design build market as part of an expansion project for a major courier company, resulting is a 60 acre, 422,000 square foot design build in Vaughan, ON. Leveraging the relationships and knowledge gained from this experience, Trevor plans to continue to service the land markets in the GTA.

Trevor enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and volunteering on a number of sport teams as an enthusiastic coach.
