Over the last 10 years Vito has been retained to complete well over 300 successful commercial lease and sale transactions for his clients which helped him establish a proven track record of first-class results for Landlords and Tenants in the fast-growing industrial landscape of the GTA West and North markets.
In addition to his post-secondary education at Ryerson and Humber College, Vito holds three designations in commercial property including the coveted Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMA International. Over the last 20 years, Vito has had the pleasure of being entrusted to with the asset and property management responsibilities of over 50 large scale real estate assets including, over 25 high rise multi-unit residential rental buildings, industrial condominium buildings, grocery store anchored retail centers, large multi-tenant and single tenant industrial facilities, and has administered and negotiated leases for companies big and small such as Fiat Chrysler.
Vito has a proven track record of servicing private and public landlords and tenants for over a decade. He has demonstrated dedication to excellence, integrity, and collaboration in assisting his clients realize their real estate objectives.
With a deep pool of buyers and investors, Vito specializes in sourcing and analyzing industrial and Investment properties and repositioning them to benefit his clients. He has also negotiated several hundred successful new leases and is well respected in the landlord and tenant community.
With a unique background in property management as well as commercial brokerage for large and mid-sized real estate firms, Vito enjoys meeting his clients face to face and has been successful in applying operational know how and marketing strategies to meet and exceed his client’s real estate requirements and in turn generating excellent return on investments for his clients.
In his role as associate Vice President at Lennard, Vito will be working on leasing, acquisition, and disposition assignments across Southern Ontario marketplace.
